2. Inspection
For qualified opportunities, we schedule an on-site inspection to confirm condition, document findings with photos, and record a formal pavement assessment against your property record.
3. Estimate & Proposal
Our estimating team builds a line-itemized estimate from the assessment, then packages it into a formal proposal with versioned scope and pricing.
4. Negotiation & Contract
We work through scope or pricing adjustments as needed, then send a contract for signature once terms are agreed.
5. Contractor Procurement & Assignment
We solicit bids from our vetted contractor network within your service area and assign the contractor best matched to the project size and scope.
6. Project Delivery
We track the schedule, milestones, and any change orders through completion, with visibility back to you throughout.
7. Completion, Invoicing & Portfolio Tracking
On completion, we close out the project record, and — for portfolio owners — roll the property’s new condition and history into your ongoing portfolio view.
