Same Day Pavement, Inc. ("Same Day Pavement," "we," "us") operates a commercial pavement lead-routing and project-management platform connecting property owners and managers in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada with independent, licensed, and insured paving contractors in our network. Same Day Pavement does not itself perform paving or construction labor. This policy explains what information we collect through https://www.samedaypavement.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a property assessment request, contact form, or contractor application, we collect the information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, company/role, property address, and details about your pavement condition, timeline, and budget. We also automatically collect standard web analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type, and marketing campaign attribution such as UTM parameters) to understand how visitors reach the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to route your request to the appropriate member of our team or a matched contractor in our network, to contact you about your project, to schedule inspections and manage the resulting project through completion, and to send you service-related communications (confirmations, scheduling updates, and, if you opt in, marketing). We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only the information necessary to operate the services above with:
- Our CRM and marketing-automation provider (GoHighLevel), to manage your contact record and communications.
- Our email delivery provider (Resend), to send transactional confirmations and notifications.
- Our database and authentication provider (Supabase), which stores your information securely on our behalf.
- Mapping and address-verification services (Google Maps), to validate and geocode the property address you submit.
- The independent contractor(s) matched to your project, so they can perform inspection, estimating, and paving work.
- Accounting, payment, and e-signature providers (QuickBooks Online, Stripe, DocuSign) once a project reaches invoicing, payment, or contract signature — these integrations are not yet active for every project.
We disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Same Day Pavement, our contractors, or the public.
Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as needed to service your request, manage an active or completed project, and comply with legal, accounting, and warranty obligations. We use industry-standard access controls (role-based permissions, encrypted storage and transport) to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us at sales@samedaypavement.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; we will respond to verified requests within the time required by law.
