What Same Day Pavement is
Same Day Pavement, Inc. operates https://www.samedaypavement.com, a platform that connects property owners, property managers, and asset managers in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada with independent, licensed, and insured paving contractors in our network. Same Day Pavement is a lead-routing and project-management platform, not a paving contractor. We do not perform paving, sealcoating, striping, or other construction labor ourselves — all physical work is performed by third-party contractors who are independently owned and operated, and who carry their own licensing and insurance.
No contract from browsing or submitting a request
Using this site to request a property assessment, submit a contact form, or apply as a contractor does not, by itself, create a binding contract between you and Same Day Pavement, Inc. or any contractor in our network. A project or service agreement is only formed once a separate, signed proposal or contract is executed between you and the responsible party (which may be Same Day Pavement, Inc. or a matched contractor, depending on how the engagement is structured).
Accuracy of information
Estimates, timelines, and scoring shown or communicated before an in-person or documented inspection are preliminary and non-binding. You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project needs; we and our matched contractors rely on that information to schedule inspections and prepare proposals.
Contractor network
Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Same Day Pavement, Inc.. While we take reasonable steps to vet license and insurance status before activating a contractor in our network, Same Day Pavement, Inc. does not guarantee the work product of any contractor and is not a party to the contract you ultimately sign for paving services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Same Day Pavement, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by an independent contractor in our network. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
